Objective:

The training checklist includes topics which a Hotel sales person must understand before being placed in front of clients.

This Check List represents a control point in the orientation period and summarize more than 100 subjects divided into ten categories such as Product Knowledge, Competitive Issues & Advantages, Administration, Selling Skills and others.

Each category and subject can (and should) be customized based on sales person’s job description, profile, needs and/or market conditions.
